Overview:
We are a group of talented engineer with startup spirits working together on　
an exciting new project, XiaoIce for business. XiaoIce (微软小冰) has　
already become a phenomenal product in China and a breakthrough redefinition　
of artificial intelligence. (You may refer to http://www.weibo.com/weiruanxiaobing>
to see feature examples on Weibo platform.) Our team is now building　
XiaoIce ecosystem to make business impacts. We are looking for candidates at　
various career stages who are passionate and innovative to explore the　
future of artificial intelligence altogether. Meanwhile, we are also working　
on Bing search innovation for Chinese users and partners.

Job qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:　
2+ years of professional software development experience or research　
experience.
A Master/PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. (3+ years　
experiences for a Bachelor)
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
Self-motivated and passionate
Good communication skills with internal and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with backend development experiences are preferred
Background in information retrieval, machine learning, big data process, NLP　
are highly preferred
Experience on artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, cloud　
computing and/or search technologies.
